What is a Business Broker?
A business broker is a person who helps business
owners to sell their businesses. They are paid a commission based
on the sale price of the business when it sells. The broker starts
by explaining the process to the seller, finding out what the
business is worth, finding a suitable buyer and mediating the
meeting between buyer and seller.Click

Why is this a big opportunity?
Two major elements come into play making this most
likely the biggest opportunity you’ll ever see. Those factors are
generational timing and economic crisis. Generation timing is a
cycle that takes place every 40 years or so and occurs when the
older generation retires and the next generation takes over. We
have been going through a period of generational turnover for
about a year now and this process would ordinarily take about ten
years. That’s where the economy comes in. because of the economic
crisis, the older generation is more likely to retire sooner and
ten years of business selling is compressed into two or three
years. The next two or three years! Since Business brokers make a
10% to 15% commission when a business is sold, it is pretty clear
that those who get involved in this business now, will make a
tremendous amount of money. Click

Should I quit my full time job first?
In most cases, NO! Most people who become brokers
do it part time at first. You must expect at least 90 to 120 days
before you will make your first closing. The average broker makes
$18,000 to $40,000 on their first closing so at that point it’s up
to you. Initially, it’s recommended that if you need money to
live, you should be a broker part time, and keep your salary until
you make a closing. Click

What if I collect unemployment?
Because you do not get paid until a closing takes
place, this will not affect unemployment in any way.Click

How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. Your first step is to take
the Brokerlearning.com training and become “Broker Certified”. The
process is very simple and should not take you more than a four to
five hours total. Within forty eight hours of your completion of
the last chapter, you will be contacted by a representative in
order to send out your sales starter program and match you with a
local office (if one exists in your area). At that point you’ll
come in to meet with a senior broker who will help you to get
started and make sure you know exactly what to do. Then, you will
begin getting listings and it is those listings that will launch
your career as a business broker.

Do I have to pay thousands of dollars for training?
NO, There is only a small charge of $199 for the entire online
training certification, and four week starter kit, which
is refunded upon your first closing.
Other firms charge Entrance or seminar fees of several thousand
dollars, but not Bridge. We do this for several reasons. First, we
do realize that these are hard economic times, but you must
have some investment in your future in order to take it seriously. This is your future,
your ticket to freedom; we would be doing you an injustice by just
offering it to just anyone for free. Second, we expend a tremendous
amount of time and money to get you in the field and started. Not
to mention that during field training, we may hand you clients.
With that said we need that show of commitment from you so that we
can go the extra mile to make sure you succeed to cover part of
our costs. While other firms sign you up and leave you on your
own, we are right there with you, on the phone and at the
meetings. When you make your first closings, you get the $199 back in your check. It's well worth
the very small investment
